Hi, I’m Andrea! Thanks for visiting my page! I am a Licensed Social Worker with a passion for helping people navigate life’s challenges and find a path to healing. My approach to therapy is centered on creating a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in your life.

I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and teens who are dealing with a variety of issues, including past trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, and identity concerns. My therapeutic approach is tailored to each person’s unique needs, drawing on techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Emotional Focused Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. I believe that everyone deserves the chance to heal, grow, and live authentically.

What’s most important to me in our work together is collaboration. I respect and embrace your autonomy, and I see therapy as a partnership where we work together to understand your experiences, explore your strengths, and develop practical strategies for lasting change. My goal is to help you feel more connected to yourself and others, and to support you in overcoming obstacles that may be holding you back from living the life you deserve.

If you’re ready to begin your journey toward healing, I’m here to walk alongside you, offering guidance, compassion, and the tools to help you move forward
